How do I know my order was placed?+

After checkout, you will see an order confirmation page and WooCommerce will send a confirmation email to the address used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?+

Contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an order enters fulfillment, so changes are not guaranteed.

Where can I see my order history?+

How long does shipping take?+

Shipping timing depends on the method selected at checkout and the destination. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?+

Qualifying orders over $99 receive free shipping when the promotion is available at checkout.

Where is my tracking number?+

Tracking information appears in your order details and may also be sent by email when the carrier label is created.

What is the return window?+

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless the product is marked final sale or another exception applies.

Can I return an item in store?+

Contact G2 before visiting so the team can confirm whether your order is eligible for an in-store return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?+

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary after the refund is submitted.

How do I choose the right size?+

Use the Size Guide linked from product pages. Because streetwear fits vary by brand and style, also review the product-specific fit notes.

Are products authentic?+

G2 sources merchandise as a retail store and stands behind the authenticity of merchandise sold through the store.

What if a size is sold out?+

Inventory is updated through WooCommerce. If a size is unavailable, check back for restocks or save the product to Favorites.

Do I need an account to order?+

Guest checkout may be available depending on store settings. Creating an account makes it easier to view orders, addresses and favorites.

How do Favorites work?+

Guests can save favorites in their browser. Signed-in customers save favorites to their account so they can access them again later.

Where is G2 located?+

G2 District is located inside PlazAmericas in Houston, Texas.

How does store pickup work?+

When pickup is offered for your order, select the available pickup option at checkout and wait for confirmation before visiting the store.
